Had a birthday gift facial with Jordan, and she was amazing! My face feels so refreshed , bright, and wonderful! The facial was very relaxing! Jordan was very sweet and caring to meet all my skin needs. Thank you Jordan!
About Simply Serene Salon and Spa
Simply Serene Salon and Spa offers a relaxing and charming atmosphere, with talented stylists like Katelyn and Manar who provide exceptional haircuts and services. The salon's reception area is welcoming, with friendly staff, although some clients may find the decor and music a bit eclectic. The stylists are highly skilled and honest, with Manar going above and beyond to deliver exactly what clients want. However, some clients have experienced inconsistent customer service, including delayed arrival and mediocre greetings from stylists. Additionally, there have been concerns about cleanliness, with hair and debris left on equipment and surfaces. Despite these issues, the salon has the potential to excel with improvements to its customer service and sanitation practices.

I always look forward to my visits here, the owner, Crystal is such a sweet soul and the salon is always calm and inviting. My husband gets me gift certificates, so besides my regular hair appointments I get several other services. I am always so happy with everything. A great place to be a part of!

Crystal has been doing my hair for over 20 years and is a color expert and knows how to deal with my unruly mane, haha. Last month, I received a chemical peel with Jordan and WOW, my skin looks great after I navigated through the unfun part of peeling. I cannot wait to go back.
