Buena Gente Barbershop is a wonderful gem on North Main Street with a beautiful, family friendly atmosphere. The barbers are very skilled, kind, and welcoming, providing quality cuts and beard trims. They are engaging conversationalists who make clients feel comfortable. The shop takes pride in its ownership and offers great customer service. They accommodate both walk-ins and appointments, though they do not schedule last minute appointments on Fridays and Saturdays. Customers highly recommend the shop for everyone, from children and tweens to adults, noting it is the best cut they've had in a long time. They ensure clients leave happy and looking fresh, often quickly.
Highly recommend! I am very particular about who cuts my son’s hair! We were in desperate need of a hair cut so last minute we decided to try Buena Gente because we happen to be close. We walked in about 30 minutes before close, Angel didn’t blink an eye! He jumped right up and cut my son’s hair. My son is not even 2 years old which in my experience deters a lot of barbers. Again, Angel had zero issues. Best part about it was Angel gave the BEST fade my son has ever had and he looks amazing. Angel was kind and I enjoyed getting to know him and his story. Just moved to Boerne and was looking for a new barber—I definitely found my new spot! I believe Anghell is the owner. He was friendly, the conversation was great, and the atmosphere was top-notch. I'll definitely be back!
Great experience with Buena Gente today. Seems like nobody does walk-ins nowadays (I swear some of the local shops sounded like I was bothering them when I asked), but BG was able to work me in quickly and get me fixed up. Appreciate their flexibility, and the cut was clean too. I'll be back.
