I spent an hour and a half trying to disassemble the sink myself this week and couldn't figure it out. There is nothing better than a plumbing crew that knows what they're doing being able to solve it in a matter of minutes! Well worth the cost. Very professional, quick to serve, and excellent people skills. Explained everything in simple terms. Would recommend and will use them again for future plumbing needs.

Boerne promptly came to check out the high water usage reported by Saws and determined there was no leak and my meter showed no usage. They were kind enough to speak to saws for me and explain the fact that I was not using the amount of water that SAWS claimed. Because of Boerne plumbing research SAWS agreed the problem may be on their end and it’s going to send someone out to check it out. They were thorough and did a great job and assisting me.
