Business is very clean and the staff is always professional. We did have a mixup on the schedule time? Have no idea what happened there but I was late due to a 2 hour earlier time. My appt. card said 10:30 am and they called and said 8:30? They covered it at 10:30 so it did work out after the confusion.
Every staff member was warm, welcoming, and compassionate. The receptionists were wonderful, although I didn’t get their names. Katie was polite and professional while taking my X-rays. Dr. Hardy was informative, kind, and professional, and his recommendations felt thoughtful and aligned with my needs. Linda was methodical, gentle, and efficient during my cleaning and gave me clear, helpful direction. She was easy to talk to, and I genuinely felt cared for. The whole environment felt comfortable and welcoming, almost like an extension of home. I’m grateful for the care I received.
Great Experience! Everytime I go for cleaning or filling even repair. Hygienist always welcoming and knowledgeable. Dentist always make sure I am informed on what procedure I am having and always answer any questions and make sure I am comfortable. Receptionist and Manager always friendly and let me know what my insurance slows and any payment options I have.
