We had a slab leak. Zack and Chris from Olde Towne Plumbing came that very same day. They diagnosed the problem in an experienced and professional manner. We were given a quote before they started the work. There were no surprises. These guys are honest. Their work was very high quality. Zack double checked every joint as he worked. Now that's thorough and meticulous. It was very evident that they were qualified and experienced. We feel that Zack and Chris gave us customized, quality service second to none. On top of that Zack and Chris are really nice people. Their service and craftsmanship were of the highest quality we expected. We will be calling Olde Towne Plumbing again . I already have a bathroom change I'd like to have made so I'll be calling you soon.

I had to have a water heater replaced and upon looking over my current system, Justin found several additional issues that needed addressing and clearly explained the \\\"why\\\" behind his recommendations. It was quite a lengthy job, but Justin, along with Rob were able to install a new water heater and fix the other issues all in the same day. They were professional, courteous, and I would highly recommend them and will use them for any future plumbing needs! I appreciate y'all so much!!

I can't even say how impressed I am with Olde Town Plumbing. This is the best company I have had the pleasure of working with. Rob came to my house for the quote and was super nice and efficient. We were in need of a water softener and our house wasn't plumbed for it. We also needed a gas shut off valve relocated. Rob had his team working on our house within two days (it was the weekend). Justin showed up with a helper and they did an absolutely amazing job. Very fast, looks and functions great. If you need a Plumbing service, CALL THEM ASAP.
