Cool Care was on time for the appointment. They always use shoe covers to protect my wife's floors. Their work was very professional and of course the invoice was zero dollars, due to the maintenance agreement I have. Marco and his colleague were very professional and walked us through their steps. They came out for an initial diagnostic, and found some easy fix issues that they took care of right away. They also quoted us out for future work if we decided to fix what the previous owner installed. No pressure to purchase anything, just their professional opinion on making the AC system work more efficiently and effectively.They did good work, were fast, and were clean. CoolCare performs twice-yearly maintenance on our rental properties and our home. They have also installed several new units for us over the years. The company is such a pleasure to work with. All their employees are friendly and professional. When our tenants have A/C problems, they quickly respond and fix the problem for a fair price. They are also very organized, making my job so easy! I can't recommend CoolCare enough!
