I’ve been really impressed with Cool Care Heating and Air Conditioning and their air conditioner maintenance plan. From the very first visit, their team has been professional, thorough, and easy to work with. They show up on time, clearly explain what they are doing, and always make sure everything is running at peak performance.
Thanks to their regular maintenance visits, our systems have been running efficiently with no surprise breakdowns (and our air conditioners are 13+ years old!)— even during the hottest days of the year. It’s such a relief knowing we’re in good hands and that potential issues are being caught early.
Will did an excellent job diagnosing the problem, and was available to perform the work the very next day. He was very personable and took great care in repairing our system. I would highly recommend him and the team at Cool Care to anyone.

They were great! We've been having air flow issues for a while and they came out and came up with a solution for the duct work without having to redo the entire duct system. We truly appreciate it.
