Our tech Craig came out to do a second inspection as a previous tech did’t fix our issue. We had lots of water dripping from our air filter in the attic. First guy said he had to ask the company if he could add insulation? That it was just condensation. He left with the issue not being addressed. Curious why that was! I called the company back because I said it was a problem still and would start molding in my AC with the amount of water soaking into my filter so they set up a second appointment with a new person.
