About 25 years ago our Central AC/Furnace system broke. We couldn't afford to fix it so decided to put in windows units and heaters. Last with the past few years of extreme heat decided it was time to put in a new AC/Furnace. I did my research and followed the advice to get at least 3 quotes. They all recommended same size unit (different brands) and placement of the new units. The major difference was price. With the savings we were able to have new insulation blown in the attic and still less than the other 2 bids. So GLAD we chose Bayou City. They installed the system quickly and efficiently. I have hired Bayou City Aire since 2021 for repairs, preventive maintenance, and new unit replacements. They're very professional and honest people. I never hesitate to give them a call for my HVAC needs.
My AC went out and they provided me a option to repair my system when other companies only wanted to fully replace the system. Everyone we interacted with was great, the crew cleaned up after themselves, and one of the installers even complimented my lawn mower. Hard to beat that.
