After we had some foundation work done, we had a huge failure on our plumbing test. We needed a drain pipe repaired under the master bathroom, and we wanted to avoid all the dust that comes with jackhammering through the floor. Jerrell's had the best price by far to do the repair with 10 ft of tunneling under the house. When the break was exposed, it was massive -- 3 separate breaks around a fitting, with part of it up in the concrete slab. The dig quickly revealed that this could be a much larger problem, especially because there was a leaking joint encased in two intersecting concrete beams of the foundation. Plumbing clog. Daniel had to get on top of the house in this miserable heat and was able to get things going again but we still aren’t certain what caused it. He will come back when possible and use a camera. House built in 1979 I believe.
