We have several rental properties and TRW is our HVAC team. They are always quick to respond and the fact that they work weekends is great when you have a tenant with ac problems. We have found their prices to be fair and very reasonable from repairs to total replacements. I don't think you will find a more honest company.

Our A/C unit started acting up yesterday. It would shut down before it should or the blower would shut down and the compressor would keep running. I called four Springtown AC companies. 3 were a very abrupt no and we'll see you in two weeks. The 4th said no but they could come out Thursday of next week. None of those answers were satisfactory. I googled AC repair in Azle. TRW A/C not only answered but was Patricia very pleasant, she took down the symptoms, called a tech then called me back with a temporary fix. Which worked for a little while. She also made us an appointment for today at 3pm. The tech showed up at 2:45 pm diagnosed the problem. He has to go get a blower...read full review
