David Dalton has been THE HVAC company for Knoll Creek for 3 years running and we couldn't be happier. He provides superior service, has the fairest prices and always friendly and professional and puts the needs of my residents first. He has always gone above and beyond to diagnose the root of the problem and spends as much time needed to explain in great detail how he's going to fix it. And when a system can't be fixed, his replacements are high quality and affordable. I completely trust David with the needs of our apartment community.
