After a need of ABC to schedule, they juggled their schedule to assure our check up was done before we left for the summer. Professional, courteous, and dependable. Not sure if they are a family run business, but they certainly act like one- in that they really care about the client being taken care of.

We had a smell in our office building; it was not good. We called ABC and they said they could show up and investigate and retrieve anything they found for $125. Very fair. A friendly fellow showed up, took a big sniff in the air and said "it smells like a medium-sized possum". LOL. I was sold. It's hard to imagine a human being who will crawl under your house and pull out a dead squirrel with a smile on their face, victorious, but that's exactly what we got. They also sealed up the flashing/entry so that it wouldn't happen again. Well, that was about a year ago. One year later and a smell happens again. I guess animals like to crawl under houses to die. I knew for sure who I was going to call. ABC. It was a Saturday afternoon so I was worried it would be more expensive. Nope still $125. Nice. The nice fellow on the phone said there was someone in the area and he could be there in an hour or two. I was a bit annoyed when he texted and said he wasn't able to get the rodent, but he found the new point of entry (different point than last time). A bit Judgmental and pre-assuming, I responded that I wasn't paying for the appointment if there was indeed a rodent, but wasn't removed. This is a therapy office. I can't have clients showing up on Monday morning to the smell of freshly dead rodents. He quickly texted back telling me not to worry about the service fee and asked if he could call me. He explained over the telephone that he wasn't the normal rodent specialist but they sent him over because he was so close by. The "rodent technician", whom I can only imagine imagine is the wonderful, friendly fellow we had last time, was apparently on PTO. He said because of his 6 foot six frame, if he tried to go under the house, he might damage the plumbing. He even sent a video to his boss, and his boss told him not to go under. However, he has already put a work order in to get a specialist out asap, someone who can safely wiggle underneath the house without damaging anything. He thanked me for being so understanding, even though I was a bit rude for a moment, and told me that either himself or someone else would be in touch with me by text as soon as the job was in route. A+++ customer service. It's easy to get freaked out when there's a stinky rat underneath your business scaring away customers, but these guys make it easy, friendly, and even enjoyable to fix. Will update when the next rodent is taken care of.
