This is a great way to get in shape, defend yourself, and have some fun. Dave's jokes are the best, and it helps someone like me at my age enjoy it a whole lot more. You get more out of it if you can attend in person, but they have great ways to learn skills virtually at a distance. I love that Invictus can keep me healthy and harder to kill.

Great place to learn and train in mixed martial arts. The instructors know what they're doing and can train you very well. They have events, tournaments and even 1:1 private classes if you need it.

I'm thankful I found this class, not only because of all that I'm learning, and the exercise but also the instructors, you both are the perfect combo of laughter and discipline, you make us all feel part of something, and teach us in a caring and respectful way.Thank you ??
