I love this Dojo. My son has been training here now for over 3 months, and he has been getting stronger and more confident. He was bullied in school in the past, which made him recluse. He is now excited to be around his friends who challenge him to be better. The physical training with other kids his age prepares him for self-defense against any future bullies. The Sensai and coaches here are amazing. They are patient and work with kids at different levels. They are great at keeping the atmosphere exciting and gun. The Sensai gives them time to learn the meaning of the Japanese words they use as well as teach them how to write it in Japanese as well. We tried other places...read full review
Raving so much about this gym! Sensei is so attentive and instructed my 7 year old so well. My daughter loved the environment of a smaller gym and it showed they truly cared about her growth. Not only that we had to move away but all communication after we have moved has been very positive and helpful! Thank you Austin Dojo! Y’all rock and we miss you!
I have been meaning to go back to this studio but have been unable to because of the pandemic.I’d like to share why I am fond of this place along with why I believe everyone should visit it and check it out.I was a newly sober person then and was looking for things to occupy my mind to prevent me from relapsing.
