“Excellent customer service. The difference between Warby Parker and other eyewear stores is night and day. Even with how busy the store gets, staff consistently acknowledge every customer and regularly check in to help with questions or finding the perfect pair of glasses.

Not only did I leave with a purchase I was really happy with, but they also adjusted one of my older Warby Parker frames. They explained that frame adjustments are included for the life of the purchase and that they also offer repair services, which really adds value. They used heat to reshape the plastic after it had stretched over time and tightened the screws so the glasses felt brand new again.

I’m personally out of network with my vision insurance, but their pricing is affordable enough that I can submit an out-of-network claim. They provide an itemized invoice for reimbursement, and in my experience this is well worth it compared to in-network providers where add-on costs quickly pile up and defeat the purpose of having vision insurance in the first place.“

“I had an eye exam with Dr. Ramp, and overall, it was a good experience. Dr. Ramp was very nice and took the time to explain everything thoroughly during my exam. The technician who assisted me at the beginning was also polite and helpful, making the initial process smooth.

I did have to wait a bit in the exam room before seeing the doctor, but it wasn’t a big issue since I wasn’t in a rush.

The only downside was the front desk experience. When I arrived, the receptionist didn’t greet me or acknowledge me right away, leaving me standing there for a while. A more welcoming approach would have made the visit even better.“
