Based on the drop-off I had, one star. Didn't realize the truck ahead of me was parked. In the drop-off lane. Dropped passenger. Person pulls up behind me while I'm offloading the walker. Parked and exits their vehicle and boxes me in. Super cool, I'm on the clock. I don't have time to deal with people who think the drop-off zone is a personal parking lot.
I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this time it was really unacceptable. I had an appointment for a biopsy at 3:00 PM, and they called me at 1:00 PM to cancel it. That felt very unprofessional. I had already taken the medication they instructed me to take beforehand, and it made me feel unwell for the rest of the day.
What’s frustrating is that if I had canceled that close to the appointment time, I would have likely been charged a fee. It feels unfair and inconsiderate, especially when dealing with something as serious as a patient’s health. I hope they improve their communication and show more respect for patients’ time and well-being.
Went to get my iud replaced and the doctor allowed a resident to do it instead of herself. I had the worst experience in my life she cut my labia and the doctor tried to hide the fact that the resident messed me up but I could feel the pain and saw so much blood over the entire floor of the room. They didn't even give me stitches like they were supposed to. I had to go to the emergency room hours later and they couldn't give me stitches because they said I was supposed to get them immediately when I got cut. Now I have to go back and get the iud taken out because it's messing me up even more now that months have pasted but I have ptsd from this experience. No one seemed...read full review
