The front desk struggles with efficient communication and tasks. Megan Pieper is attentive and kind, but both times I was there the front desk forgot to put my name in for lab work that she requested. After waiting over an hour the second time and realizing their mistake (again), I had to leave. They said they would call me to reschedule, but they never did and I was charged the full office visit anyways.

5 stars for Dr. Godfrey and his assistant (Eric i think?). Eric asked politely for my permission before taking my vitals which I appreciated. & Godfrey is the best doc i’ve ever been to

This location struggles with timeliness and organization. Expect +45 to over an hour of wait after your appointment time to be seen.If you do get seen though, their physicians are good and their app is useful.
