Came into MyEyeDr with an issue of my glasses sliding off of my face. Was immediately greeted by Baise David. Explained to him what was going on and he helped me right away. He made the necessary adjustments and they fit perfectly. Next time I come back, I will for sure ask for Baise.
I visited on 7/11/26. Excellent customer service from the time I walked in the door until the time I left. Dr. Julius Tiu-lim and staff was excellent. I would definitely recommend this location @ 4110 N Collins Arlington Tx.
The gentleman inside was so accommodating, I'm from out of town and had an emergency and pulled up to them 5 minutes after close and he was quick to assist me! Thank U so much!
