Matt, the owner, kept me informed as to when things would get completed, when his guys would be there. The guys he has working for him were respectful and helpful, I felt comfortable around them. This business is top tier. As seen in their name, Quality is a vital and principal attribute of this small business. Personal I was majorly impressed with the lifetime RV roof sprayings. The way this business is run is on another level, kind of like their little merch shop which provides a rustic atmosphere second to none with adorable decorations that will make you laugh out loud. Overall, I was quite satisfied to say the least.

My youngest daughter has been wanting to go horseback riding for some time...we have never ridden before...I found Rancho La Rosa online and booking was easy plus you are able to text the number if needed...Not only was the price great...the horses were very well behaved...and our guide Rachel was great! She was kind, informative and great with the horses! It was me and my three teenage daughters and we all had such a wonderful time!!! Highly recommend and hopefully we can return before the trail ride season ends in November!!!

My AC went out in middle of night. Called AJ at 7 am and left message. They called me back at 7:04 am! As busy as they are, they came to my rescue before 8:30 am that day. We are on our North America trip and have since we drove through Canada always more or less problems with our VB Air Suspension. In Loobock TX a company had made us a temporary solution, so that we could still continue. A friend gave us the address of Elite smh in Alvorado TX. We made an appointment on January 10, 2023 Michael inspected the damage with his technician, ordered the correct replacement part (valve block) and said Thursday January 12 the part will be here and we will start the repair immediately. On Thursday 12 January the spare part arrived 1 PM and on 3 PM we were back mobile with a repaired air suspension.Many thanks to Michael and his team. Great job!!!
