“Had them quote and install a durastar mini split system. Install was actually two compressors and heads - one for downstairs and upstairs in my barndo/shop. The communication and install was flawless. Took the 4 person crew six hours to install both units. Units were heating well with outside temps in the 30s. Shop has 4 inches of open cell foam and was holding 68F.“

“I took advantage of a flyer that I received in the mail advertising a special on their pre-summer seasonal service. While here I asked about a programmable thermostat. I had him install it and he did a great job. He was so courteous. Even though we didn't ask (and are not freaky about it) he took his boots off before coming in the house. He was knowledgeable, carefully installed the new T-Stat, programmed it to our specifications, and cleaned up after. He completed servicing the unit and thanked us.
