Everyone I have talked to at Redds has been nothing but honest. They will never try to overcharge you and won’t just tell you that you need a new AC. I want to give a special shout out to Wayne, who was nothing but kind and honest. He came out and fixed our AC and made us feel like we could fully trust him. We will definitely use Redds for everything! ❤️

Great customer service! Came within minutes of us calling, it was also on a Saturday. James quickly looked at it and immediately knew what the problem was, told us upfront cost and when they could fix it. They could have came the next day, but we chose to get them to come the following Monday instead. Dalton came to fix it, he did a great job, was very respectful and had it fixed in no time! I would highly recommend Redds!

I have had an ongoing issue with the electrical panel install on my 2-year old home. This has been very frustrating as the builder used cheap aluminum wiring in the main panel. Two winters in a row we lost our heating because of the wires expanding and contracting. Last winter I didn't notice because the house was using auxiliary heat, which resulted in an $800 electric bill!!
