Same Day Service, Technician was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose probable root cause of A\\C freezing up for 2nd time in 2 months.AC has been working with out issue since.
AVU did a good job came out on the day and did fix my AC unit also at a very reasonable cost so I can't really complain about much. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I'm still left a bit confused. I was told everything was in working order and the only thing that was messed up was my thermostat and that I would need to replace it. We put the old thermostat back on because getting a replacement is as simple as popping the old one off and the exact same new one on (no wiring required because the mounts and wiring are the same).
