The company I was using misdiagnosed a problem and wanted to charge me $1600 to fix a part that wasn’t broken. I got ahold of one of the new owners of McKamey named Zach and he had a tech at my house the same day. The tech Matt found the real problem and saved me a ton of money. Matt was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. I felt very comfortable having him in our home and around my family. The office staff were also very polite and professional. They definitely have all my business in the future. Thank you McKamey, Zach, and Matt for taking care of my family!
