My AC units capacitor went out on a Monday holiday afternoon and I was able to reach the call center and schedule for the next day.
The company texted me my technicians name and picture so that I knew who was coming to service my ac unit.
Jeff(my technician) showed up early, was very professional and took the time to explained to me the process of trouble shooting and didn't mind that I tagged along to watch the process. He wore plastic booties through the house to protect the floors and was very knowledgable and efficient.
