“Ashton Britt did a great job installing our geothermal. They replaced my old geothermal unit after we decided to old one was no longer reliable. Our new unit required extensive modification of what was previously installed. Our new unit is better, quieter, and much less noisy than what we had before. They do our yearly maintenance and do the yearly service on my back up generator.Ashton Britt did maintenance on my old geothermal unit and kept it operating. Some of our issues were a brand which no longer existed and poor installation.We continue to use Ashton Britt because they are one of the few Heating & Air services that do geothermal reliably and maintain back up generators.Services: HVAC system repair“

“I can’t say enough good things about this business. They’ve been taking care of the heat and air in my home in Dandridge since I moved in in 2013. They’ve always given me good advice and are very honest about what they can actually do. Two weeks ago when I was in Michigan, my heat and air system went out. It left my husband and my precious little dog here in Dandridge with no AC. But because I absolutely trust this company I was able to call Libby at the office and get the ball rolling. Tim my regular technician was able to get all of the information and order me a system . It says a lot about a company that will go out of their way for you. My new system was put in yesterday and it’s working perfectly. Customer service is hard to find these days but this company exemplifies it.Services: HVAC system maintenance“
