I received exceptional service from A-1 Finchum recently. My downstairs living area was significantly colder than my upstairs rooms. After changing the air filters did not remedy the problem, I called A-1 Finchum the next day as soon as they opened. The lady that and the phone was very professional and empathetic to my situation. She arranged to have someone meet me at my home later that same day. The gentleman that was to arrive at my house, called me in advance to make sure I would be available at the prearranged appointment time. He was on time and very knowledgeable about what had caused my problem. He explained it to me in terms I could understand and fixed the problem...read full review
The people on the phone were very good and got me to the guy who would actually come out here who called before he got here and found some issues did some repairs informed me of a deal for a little more money to get a spring check up after a while I noticed it seemed cool went over the unit was not working I called he said it would be within an hour he showed up in 20 minutes searched and searched finally figured out what the issue was gave me an option to replace a part that didn't have to be replaced or bypass and still get it fixed so I was very pleased.
