“great doctors . carla is the ONLY front desk receptionist that is willing to listen to your concern or acknowledge when you are talking. it is one lady that is rude and seems to not care for her job or others. will ignore you and talk to you like you are less then her. i went in and had a miscommunication today and left out in not such a good mood but my primary doctor was able to call me and talk about the issue! which i love. she cares for all patients and their health. even when a mishap within the office happens with another staff. overall awesome and will still be coming back.“

“Friday evening after Thanksgiving I was seen by Dr. Jonathan Head at the Smyrna location who was very professional, kind, empathetic and had a wonderful bedside manner, which you don't see very often anymore. I went in feeling terrible and after a breathing treatment, he had me leaving in laughter. The entire staff was great!!!! I would definitely recommend American Family Care.“

“The people were great and very diverse. Office could use renovation and clean soon as patient are done. Staff made me feel at home and were very informative. Cleaning staff needs to step up , wasn’t dirty just be effective after a patient leave and be ready for the next. I still the staff five stars. I like the team work.“
