The anesthesiologists were fantastic they took the time to walk me through everything, which really eased my anxiety. Per my mother's oncologist, I brought her here to have post-chemo labs done so we didn't have to go all the way to Vanderbilt Ingram. Unfortunately, there are no nurses here than can access her port to draw blood. I believe all nurses need to be trained on ports.
The staff kept pt me updated on a day with delays. In every encounter I felt the nurse or doc was giving me their full attention. I never felt rushed. Gave me full confidence the whole time
