I recently had CO2 laser treatment done by Katie, and I truly cannot say enough about my experience. As someone who was understandably nervous about a procedure known for being quite painful, Katie made every moment as comfortable as possible. She was kind and gentle from start to finish- providing a cold air blower, ice packs, and breaks whenever needed. But what stood out most was how she prepared me mentally throughout. She explained everything she was doing in real time and even took the time to explain why certain areas might be more sensitive than others. That level of communication made a world of difference.

I don’t even know where to begin. I’ve been seeing Dr. Kacki for over 15 years and he’s the best at anything he does. He gives you straight forward advice. He never rushes you and takes whatever time he needs to educate you. A remarkable Dr.
5 stars doesn’t seem like enough. If there were 10 he would be a 12!!! Dr. Kacki’s team as well and his wife. They are all very special❤️
Dr Kacki is wonderful! Talented, intelligent and very kind charismatic guy! He very thoroughly explains things step by step and is vigilant about your level of comfort through the entire process of whatever you are at his shop for. He cares about your happiness and results. I also love the decor and art inside the store! Its not a stale clinic feeling at all, everyone and the environment is inviting.You will not regret coming here and picking Visage over the rest, Dr.Khaki is a professional that is talented and experienced in his field. No complaints from me.
