Tide Cleaners does a good job but is a little pricey. Some reviews say buttons have been broken, and it is hard to contact them if there is a problem, with usually no human inside to assist. However, the business really cares about its customers and is quick to solve problems. The owner is fantastic and responsive, and the company has never ruined clothes. Tide Cleaners is easy to use for drop-off and pick-up at any time, with no waiting for the cleaners to open. Staff are always present, attentive, and helpful. Clothes always come back perfectly clean and on time, with reasonable prices. Customers choose Tide over any laundromat or dry cleaner.

This business really cares about its customers. If they make a mistake or think they did they are quick to contact you and try to make sure they solve the problem. I highly recommend this store if for nothing else for at least caring about doing a good job.
Jason is a fantastic owner. This company has never ruined my clothes and he is responsive and helpful. I will continue to leverage this company for my cleaning needs and recommend others to do so as well.
