These guys are always my heroes. They were able to get some oxidized stains out of my wedding reception outfit!! I thought it would be a hopeless effort but they said they’d do their best, no promises. And yet, what I picked up today was immaculate. The best in town.
I am really particular about dry cleaning because I’ve had some bad experiences in the past—but not here! They took great care of several expensive pieces of clothing for me. On top of that, I realized the backpack I use for a carryon had a broken zipper so I brought it with me when I went to pick up my clothes. They stopped what they were doing and basically did backpack surgery and didn’t let me pay for it. I leave for my trip in two days and I would have been without my carryon if they hadn’t fixed it. I would say that is going above and beyond and I’ll use them forever; thank you!
