Top notch service in an emergency. I was scheduled to pick up a suit to take on a plane to a graduation. Somehow, my wires got crossed, and the dry cleaner said they wouldn’t be ready until Friday, which was a day after the flight. I talked with their Chatbot on the website, and someone texted me back that night. The next morning, they had gone to their central location, found the suit and made sure they delivered it in time for my flight. That kind of service is rare in my experience.
