I frequently use Lapels in Bellevue. They have always done a fantastic job. Lately they have staff on hand for limited periods of time. They installed an automated system that allows customers to drop off and pick up clothes 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days per year. At first I was taken back. After going through the menu a couple of times, it works great!! Staff (if present) is very friendly and helpful. I suggest you try it. You will like it!!Great company! Great service!!

Love the new contactless model. Haven’t used it after hours but it seems super convenient! I appreciate the team getting this done for me so last minute as my tux was cleaned to perfection!
