They do a great job and it’s fairly easy if you understand the system. The prices are extremely high in my opinion. When it cost a fourth of what a garment cost new to get it cleaned that’s crazy. It makes me want to shop around and try to find the same quality for less money.
I ran into an issue when trying to pick up my wedding dress because I wasn't aware that the attendant hours had changed. I arrived around 5:45 PM and found that no one was there. I called the number listed on the card at the counter, and someone answered right away. They were kind enough to come to the store and help me retrieve my wedding dress, especially since the store didn't open until 10:00 AM and my wedding ceremony was at 10:30 AM the next morning.
I really appreciated their excellent customer service and willingness to help during such an important moment. Their quick response saved me a lot of stress, and I'm very grateful for their assistance. Thank you!
Top notch service in an emergency. I was scheduled to pick up a suit to take on a plane to a graduation. Somehow, my wires got crossed, and the dry cleaner said they wouldn’t be ready until Friday, which was a day after the flight. I talked with their Chatbot on the website, and someone texted me back that night. The next morning, they had gone to their central location, found the suit and made sure they delivered it in time for my flight. That kind of service is rare in my experience.
