Based on customer reviews, Refresh & Etc. is a trusted dry cleaner and garment care business in West Nashville. The staff is always very nice and accommodating. The turnaround time is very fast, and customers receive a text message when clothes are ready for pickup. The cost is very reasonable, saving people hours of time each week. It is a favorite dry cleaner in town. The new family who operates it is so lovely and does great work on suits and dresses. Customers cannot say enough good things about the business. They brought in six pairs of Jordans that looked done for, and every single pair looked brand new after cleaning, like a miracle. The attention to detail was next-level. Dress clothes are pressed perfectly and look sharp. Whether it is shoes or clothes, the team really knows what they are doing. It is a great group of people that provide an excellent service. It is a good place to drop clothes off and know they will be cared for. The kid's clothes are ironed to perfection, and they are excellent at removing stains and extending the life of sneakers. The best part is the sense of community; the family and owners are working to build something for the community.
I bring my laundry in for wash and fold about every two weeks. Sometimes I will even bring clothes that have already been washed and will ask if they can just fold them for me. It's saved me hours of time each week and the cost is very reasonable. I've saved way more in time than it costs me to know that I won't have a pile of clothes sitting on the couch all week waiting to be folded. Highly recommend you check them out!
Favorite dry cleaner in town!!! Ignore old reviews for “allbrite cleaners” for this location - it has changed ownership and the new family who operates it is so lovely! Great work on my suits and my partner’s dresses.
I can’t say enough good things about Refresh & etc.. I brought in six pairs of Jordans that I thought were done for, especially my Space Jam Jordans—the bottoms were completely black, and they looked like they’d been through some serious wear and tear. When I picked them up, I was shocked. It’s like they worked a miracle. Every single pair looked brand new, like they had never been worn. The attention to detail was next-level.
