We worked together closely over 6 months in a major renovation of a small multifamily rental property that I had recently purchased as an out-of-state owner. There are so many wonderful things I could say about the owners and the team, but to summarize, here are the highlights:- From the first correspondence and preliminary bids, it was clear that the company principals, Gerardo and Fernando, were exceptionally skilled, professional, fair, and honest. They took time to address the scope of work thoroughly, offered helpful suggestions, provided a fair and accurate price, and were polite and consistent in their communication.- When they began the project, I knew I had selected the right team. They sent me video and photo updates daily as well as texts and phone calls, and it was clear from thousands of miles away that they were making consistent and commendable progress every day. Any issue, small or large, they offered creative solutions that would help save time and money.-The quality of their workmanship is exceptional ( carpentry, electrical, plumbing, fixture installation, etc) both in terms of functionality and appearance. No slightly uneven tile or wayward lines anywhere. I also had a full home inspection done near the end of construction, and the inspector said it was one of the cleanest inspections he's ever done. I would trust them to remodel my own home in a heartbeat, and honestly wished they lived in my state and could!- The reasonableness of their pricing can't be understated. I needed to be within a specific budget for this rental home, and they did everything they could to make sure I wasn't overspending.- They worked well with other vendors and materials companies I used, and even 'oversaw' their work on my behalf, all the while they were doing their own excellent work. They even found mistakes in other vendors work that ended up saving me time and money in the long run!-They accommodated a very considerable change in the scope of work which required additional sophisticated plumbing work - and a lot more time. Even though they are in high demand, they made sure the crew always stayed consistently working on the house until completion and managed their other commitments with expert professionalism.-The finished product turned out even better than I expected ( and I have high expectations) and the rental home is a success!-Last but not least, Fernando and Gerardo are two of the most honorable gentlemen I have ever worked with in any industry. They are consistent, professional, reliable, patient, hardworking, and kind.
