Very happy with the foundation repair they did. Adam A., DJ and Mike did the foundation work and Bryce and Toni raised garage floor and filled cracks. When there was a question about what services we had agreed on Bart made it all right.
Like many Tennessee homeowners, we learned the hard way that a newly built home doesn't always mean it's built correctly. Our home had improperly shimmed flooring and significant moisture issues in the crawl space, despite the builder claiming it had been encapsulated. Unfortunately, the encapsulation had not been done correctly.
After obtaining three estimates, we chose USS, and we couldn't be happier with that decision.

We had the foundation of the house repaired. USS workers Gary and Elijah were professional and friendly. They always told me up front about any problems they might encounter. They called in for help if they needed it and all of their supervisors were great as well. They worked outside and inside the house. Very pleased with the results. Wiley Nelson was great as well.
