Needed a new HVAC. Got multiple quotes and Brian Sain beat them all. They’re extremely knowledgeable, friendly and expedient. Overall, excellent experience even though no one ever wants to get a new unit. (Installed 2.5 ton American Standard - blizzard ‘24)

Brian Sain heating and cooling is the only company that showed up and kept his word; From that point on Brian Sain is the only one we called whn we needed help. They are friendly, on time, reasonable priced. We have had some issues with our old unit, and had to replace and thanks to Brian we have an amazing unit. We are warm and toasty. I highly recommend.
