“I enjoy my pest control company. I look forward to them coming. Of course I appreciate a bug-less home, but enjoy the people too. When they call to set up our appointments or I call with an issue, the receptionist, Rama, is always sweet and remembers us. Setting appointments is easy and if I have to cancel or when I have forgotten they are so kind about it. This week I had set the quarterly spray and the termite check back to back. These guys are great. Stephen knows our crawl space well. This old house (foundation is well over 100) is still standing partly due to his keeping the termites at bay. He checks our regular issues and reports what we need to do- water leaks, old pipes, rotten floor joists. He sees whatever we need to address or keep an eye on. Chris takes care of the rest of the bugs and is glad to come back if need be for any pest problem. We have had flea issues, moth issues, wasp problems, spiders and all, and Stroupe took care of everything. Thank you Stroupe!!“

“This summer, when Brenda Bell of the Terminix International Company was doing an annual inspection of my house, she informed me of a few holes in the sidings and fascia underneath the safeguards gutter system. I learned from her that Terminix offered gutter installations that I had yet to learn of. She left me the contact information of Steven Richmond of the Terminix International Company.The first time I met Steven, I could tell immediately that he was an utterly fun, extensively knowledgeable certified inspector who was proud of Terminix.Within the following weeks, in addition to treating the pest issues in my house's insulation, Steven and his team installed gutters that matched the paint color of the exterior and sealed holes in the sidings. Those newly replaced roof chimneys made my house look miraculously like a new one. I’ve been accustomed to spending a few extra minutes cherishing those shiny chimneys under the blue sky as I pick up mail from my mailbox.In this season of Thanksgiving, I wanted to thank Brenda Bell and Steven Richmond for their impeccable work.
