This summer, when Brenda Bell of the Terminix International Company was doing an annual inspection of my house, she informed me of a few holes in the sidings and fascia underneath the safeguards gutter system. I learned from her that Terminix offered gutter installations that I had yet to learn of. Dee’s customer service and professionalism is 1st class. As a sales professional that goes a long way for me. There are other pest control companies that I could pay less for but I stay with Terminix because of the way Dee communicates prior to each service and follows up with a personal message when he’s done.
