Our technician (Tim Mason) is the best! He’s always professional and polite on every visit to our home. Tim is a jewel and is one of the best servicemen @ Terminix that we know. His kindness and hospitality is next to none and he make us feel like family instead of customers. We look forward to his quarterly service to our home. Tim is mindful of what we need and never fails to ask if Terminix can be of any additional service to our family/home. We wouldn’t trade him for nothing. I have worked here years ago in the call center. It was a wonderful environment and very flexible to my needs. I had a medical problem arise while working there and they were extremely kind and understanding. They were able to make accommodations for me. And I had seen this done for others in the call center as well. Good place to work.
Charlie Keaton was my technician, he did an awesome job, he’s very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions! Plus he was very through with spraying my apartment down. Highly recommend
