They are 1 of the best locally owned businesses, and very affordable, and extremely knowledgeable. We recently sold our home and moved into a rental home. Unfortunately, the rental had bugs, and spiders of all kinds lurking in it. Dan the owner was sent out by rental company to do the indoor and outdoor areas. We scheduled a time for him to come out. On day of service he called and said he could come earlier if I wanted him to, and of course I said YES! Dan showed up, he was very polite, professional and knowledgeable about what kind of bugs we had, he took his time, did the entire inside of house, garage and attic before he proceeded outside. Most extermination companies do half of the job he did, and charge way more to do it, and then when they do come to your house they are in and out in 5 minutes. Not Dan . . . He spent a minimum of an hour making sure he covered everything. We have used Cook's before, and I regret not finding this gem of a company sooner. Due to the incredible job Dan did, we have decided to become a regular customer. Thank you, Dan!”
