We have used them for 35 years, our family used them. Reliable, courteous and personal. No problem taking the time to be kind and discuss our situation concerning our property. We would highly recommend them.

He said it was too hot to get under the houses today. That is understandable. It is hot. Maybe it they could come back when it was cooler and do a complete under house inspection that would be good. I would have given a 5 if under house inspection was included.
