Mr. Neal, service technician, was courteous and professional as he inspected our home, which included our attic and basement. He was prompt and timely in his inspection. I feel more assured about a pest-free environment as a result of his attention to detail.

From the moment I called Orkin, they have been very detailed about the services they provide and upfront about pricing and scheduled maintenance. The technician came out on time, was very nice and knowledgeable about the service he was providing on the property. This was just my initial visit, so I will follow-up with the progress.
