“We all know that nobody enjoys having to have their eyes checked and having to get glasses or contacts but when the environment is so welcoming it makes sense to say something. TBH, I am not sure why I have not reviewed this location before as we have been coming to the Rivergate Visionworks for many years, thanks (and sadly) due to a bad experience at the Hendersonville location. The customer service at the Rivergate location is always great. We dealt with Misty L today and just her welcoming personality and customer service made this visit with my wife and 3 kids another justification for our continued business.“

“Recently got the Smile Surgery by Dr. Jones and it was a 10/10 experience. Was able to see clearly the next day! Still healing and doing post surgery prep and the team at Wang made me feel comfortable and at ease. I was given a number to easily reach out for any questions, which made me feel better. “I was running behind for my appointment at the hendersonville location and Dr. Parker had to leave after my appointment to go to another location. I called to let them know I was running behind, and I assumed that my appointment would have to be changed. But Dr. Parker said, no come on in. Even though I was late, Dr. Parker and staff were very kind and welcoming. Dr. Parker has very good energy. This was the best experience I have had with an optometrist. “From the moment you walk in, very relaxing office, front desk lady, dark long hair, well amazing, the wait was not long, the next young lady, dark long hair, does your eye tests, very very good, knowledgeable and very informative, very efficient, to Dr Choate, again, talked to me about my vision and my dry eyes, game plan moving forward, very professional, wealth of info, puts you right at ease,(big,huge plus?) I’m gonna be able to see way better, yes, just a little worried, all fears gone, to the blond hair lady, who was super sweet, informative, gave options, helped make the decision on what to choose, what frames looked good, plus the choice of lens. “Everything was good from the first person who prepared me for the Doctor who gave me my prescription. Very nice and professional. With this said the woman who sat down with me to pick out glasses was misleading and she does have the repetition for doing so. I’m sure that she gets paid on what she sales and it shows. I left with the frames that I supposedly pick out after looking at them for a few days I really was sure that the frames I had was not the ones I pick out and my wife agreed. I went back a few days later and she brushed off and just said nope what I ordered is what I ordered. These are my first real glasses.“
