“We all know that nobody enjoys having to have their eyes checked and having to get glasses or contacts but when the environment is so welcoming it makes sense to say something. TBH, I am not sure why I have not reviewed this location before as we have been coming to the Rivergate Visionworks for many years, thanks (and sadly) due to a bad experience at the Hendersonville location. The customer service at the Rivergate location is always great. We dealt with Misty L today and just her welcoming personality and customer service made this visit with my wife and 3 kids another justification for our continued business.“

“Have had a very positive experience with Look East and Dr. Emily Burgon. They worked with me regarding changing prescriptions as my cataracts progressed. They guided me to have them addressed. The service at Look East is very responsive and good. Will continue to go there for my eye care needs.“

“Dr. Lavanya Tammareddi was wonderful! I went in as an emergency visit for a pretty bad corneal abrasion and she was very helpful and took my injury seriously. Nobody at the office made me feel like a burden even though they were super busy and I’m sure my emergency visit messed with their schedule. “Glasses took way longer to get back. I had to call and was told “there was a mess up”. No communication. When I picked them up they were wrong. I asked for a refund and the lady stated “ we do not give refunds.” I never received a receipt that stated this. She said “it will be a quick fix. I’ve been waiting in lobby for 50 min.. this is after being here already over an hour. I would have went back to work but she stayed quick fix. I have never had an experience where I couldn’t get a refund. My lenses were 1k. I asked for my old frames to be used. They put new frames on but then wanted me to pay the difference.The lenses were scratched and my like new frames scratched too.Admended- even though I was refused a refund without signing anything - (nothing is posted on office either )New frames and lenses were ordered since mine were scratched in the process of switching the lenses in my like new frames. 2 weeks later and I have glasses that are right. So even tho it’s been a month process and I was not able to get a refund- I have glasses that fit and the frames are correct. Thank you.“

“From the moment you walk in, very relaxing office, front desk lady, dark long hair, well amazing, the wait was not long, the next young lady, dark long hair, does your eye tests, very very good, knowledgeable and very informative, very efficient, to Dr Choate, again, talked to me about my vision and my dry eyes, game plan moving forward, very professional, wealth of info, puts you right at ease,(big,huge plus?) I’m gonna be able to see way better, yes, just a little worried, all fears gone, to the blond hair lady, who was super sweet, informative, gave options, helped make the decision on what to choose, what frames looked good, plus the choice of lens. He takes his time explaining every detail of your eye, patient with questions, will go to bat for you if you’re in a time crunch, and is overall the best Optometrist I’ve ever seen (no pun intended). 5/5 stars, easily. “I have been coming to Insight Vision Center for a few years. Each visit is a pleasure. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I've never had to long wait at my appointment. The Doctor is very knowledgeable and attentive. She takes the time to answer my questions, discuss changes in my vision since the last appointment, and I feel like more than just a number.“

“Everything was good from the first person who prepared me for the Doctor who gave me my prescription. Very nice and professional. With this said the woman who sat down with me to pick out glasses was misleading and she does have the repetition for doing so. I’m sure that she gets paid on what she sales and it shows. I left with the frames that I supposedly pick out after looking at them for a few days I really was sure that the frames I had was not the ones I pick out and my wife agreed. I went back a few days later and she brushed off and just said nope what I ordered is what I ordered. These are my first real glasses.“

“I was running behind for my appointment at the hendersonville location and Dr. Parker had to leave after my appointment to go to another location. I called to let them know I was running behind, and I assumed that my appointment would have to be changed. But Dr. Parker said, no come on in. Even though I was late, Dr. Parker and staff were very kind and welcoming. Dr. Parker has very good energy. This was the best experience I have had with an optometrist. I will definitely be returning.“
