“I was near dying over a sweaty weekend with the outdoor unit making scary noises. David took my call (the only company in town that did the same day) and set me up for a Monday appointment because that was the earliest the part would be available. They called at 8am Monday, right at open of business (like a company interested in quality customer service should) to confirm my appointment and get a little more detailed information about the situation. Corey showed up after a helpful heads up, let me know how much each component would be, went over each charge, and I agreed...no trying to upsell me to a new unit or surprise charges. My old unit was back in business in a flash...I'm writing this in a cool house on that same Monday, people. A lifesaver at this point, frankly. Thanks Ashton Britt, Corey and David. We'll be in touch (hopefully not for a while, tho).”
“If I could give them 10 stars I would. They came out same day to do an inspection and within 2 weeks we had brand new metal duct work and a new unit installed. Had we not had to have the duct work done (thanks to Edwardo the groundhog) it would have been a lot quicker. They even offered to temporarily fix the old unit until they could get the new one installed. But because of the duct work being destroyed it was not possible. They came highly recommended and I would not hesitate to do the same. They are too notch!”
