“I have been coming to countryside since 2019. Monica has seen all of our dogs so I can't really speak on the other vets. She is amazing. The techs are amazing. The office staff is always so nice. Monica saved my yoshi bear. She has been there for me and my family for all of our dogs and their needs. Monica has helped 5 of our seniors cross the rainbow bridge over the years and i cannot praise enough the care and compassion her and her team show towards us and our furbabies. I see there are some unhappy reviews and I would expect that because there is no perfect business out there. I refuse to take my animals anywhere else. The vets do their best to make our animals feel comfortable and safe. I know since covid they changed up in not letting us owners come back with our pets. I feel they are looking out for the best interest of our pets. Sure I would love to go in with them, but if it helps the vets and techs to do what they need to do without the strain of us being in the way, then so be it. Not everyone will have a perfect experience but we should extend grace as everyone that works there may be going through something that we don't know about just as in any work place. This place is amazing. Establish that relationship with them. They are worth it.“

“My boyfriend and I took our fur baby this morning due to a scratch in his eye. The vet and vet tech did amazing. They didn’t rush, and I could tell they love animals. They were also very honest and up front with the cost.
It was so nice to be able to go on a weekend especially when you work a 9-5. We will definitely be back for normal checkups too. Couldn’t recommend more!“

They took incredible care of our previous Cairn Terrier, Roscoe, treating him through diabetes and later thyroid cancer with so much knowledge, compassion, and thoroughness. I always felt confident he was in the best hands possible.

When the time came to say goodbye to Roscoe, the entire staff was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding during one of the hardest moments a pet owner can go through. Their compassion truly meant a lot to us.

“I brought my 12 year old baby Daisy lu in because she was not feeling herself. The waiting area and exam rooms were neat and clean. The staff was welcoming and great! Despite not having an appointment, we did not wait long. I felt Dr. Noe was very knowledgeable and caring. Daisy is not a people dog and was scared, but the Dr Noe got down on the floor to coax her out and examine her.I was really happy with the transparency in the testing options and the up front itemized prices. It is a little further than our usual vet but, I am seriously considering making Concord our regular veterinary home. Great first experience, even though I was sick with worry for Daisy lu. Daisy lu is feeling back to herself! Apparently it was her stomach because she started eating after her shot for nausea. Thank you Concord!“

They have seen to their health needs for well over 8 years and I couldn't ask for better care for either one of them. A year ago, I found an injured kitten in the road, clearly just recently hit or thrown from a car. He needed immediate medical care. My dog had recently had a 10k ER STAY at another vet, and there was no way I could afford another giant ER bill so soon, especially on an animal that wasn't even mine. But, there was no way I was leaving him in the road. So, I grabbed him up, and called Vol Vet. They knew me from my biweekly visits with my own dog for follow up, and my recent vet hx. They agreed to take the kitten on and see what they could do for him. He ended up recovering, and one of the vet techs adopted him since my dogs are not cat-safe.
These are, seriously, the BEST PEOPLE.“

“Want to give a shoutout to Dr. Marine. My 14.5 year old giant schnauzer-poodle mix is no stranger to complicated veterinary care. Dr. Marine listened to my concerns, developed logical differential diagnoses, took steps to identify the true medical issue, explained our treatment and diagnostic options, performed the procedure with great care and compassion, answered all my phone calls and requests, collaborated with other vets to create an appropriate care plan, and followed-up to check on post procedure well-fare. She included me in the decision making process and trusted my own medical knowledge to treat me like an equal in the care management plan. I am thankful for her efforts and for her hard work- she understood the sensitive nature of this surgery and prepped accordingly. “Bella, a lab rescue has had high anxiety in her going to the vet, due to past clinics and my own learning.
But in 2023, I called Forest Park Animal Clinic and they welcomed Bella even with my concerns. For the last three years or so, Dr. Seth Patterson has been an impeccably, kind medical professional for Bella and her family. The doctor helped with emergencies, all of her vaccinations and been an example to care for the care of Bella, over any other issues.
He also advocates, educates for her wellness plans with goals for her being on a healthful schedule with her checkups. The prices are reasonable too.
I recommend Dr. Patterson, his colleagues and his wonderful staff. Bella was seen yesterday and she now has new community and can continue some of her romps with all of her walks and visits to daycare and boarding when I have to leave her for a day or so.

“So far we have had a really great experience here. We had a pup that needed a quick exam for strangles. They charged us $57 total with meds. They then sent it more prescriptions and didn’t make us come back for a second visit for no reason as the pup was doing good just needed to be on meds longer. I hate vets that try and make you broke but they don’t. They helped us heal our baby without ruining our finances“
