9049 Middlebrook Pike, Knoxville“After initial visit, I would say all staff members were very friendly and really seem to love the animals. The waiting area wasn't crowded with a lot of pets waiting to be seen (which is nice when you have a rambunctious labrador). Dr. Black performed a thorough exam and provided a detailed health report. She is very personable and easy to talk to, as are the techs.“

7656 S Northshore Dr, Knoxville“I have been going to Rocky Hill for a little over a year and they have been nothing but amazing. I have a very sensitive rescue dog that needs a little extra attention. On my first visit, I knew I would have to do everything in my power to make this my forever vet. The vet tech who first met Neyla got on the floor and made sure my dog was comfortable with him before proceeding with the visit. Dr. Jeter was the first one to see us and I felt like he truly cared about us and wanted to come up with a solution that would work for us. He helped prescribe medication and we discussed a diet that would ultimately turn my dog into the dog I always knew she could be. Dr. Jeter has taken time to call me and discuss issues/prescribe medicine over the phone when I am out of town. You can almost always call Rocky Hill and get an appt. same day or the next without any issues. Every single time I call I get the help I need, and I feel they truly care about every animal and genuinely want to help. I recently had my first visit with Dr. Christie and she was exceptional as well. Rocky Hill is a place I can always count on regardless of the circumstances and they will always be eager to help. Thank you so much for everything that you all do and I’m happy to be part of the Rocky Hill family.“

7329 Kingston Pike, Knoxville“I took my dog Duke in for a split/broken nail. They fixed him right up and gave us what we needed to take care of him at home! I would highly recommend this place for anyone who has a minor ailment with their pet(s) !“
“The staff there are wonderful, very friendly, helpful, and professional. The pre-visit consultation I had over the phone was helpful and I especially appreciated them giving me an estimate of the price over the phone without me having to ask. It did take a little while to get seen but since it was potentially regarding parvo, I can understand the delay, and I can't say for sure if that should be expected of visits for other purposes. The veterinarian was especially awesome as she seemed very knowledgeable and clearly cares a lot about animals, so I don't think your animals could be in much better hands. The amount I was charged for the service seemed reasonable with all things considered. Afterwards they sent me an email summarizing the visit, which I also greatly appreciated. All in all, I will definitely be taking my animals back there if I am ever in need of an emergency vet again and I'd recommend anyone else to do so as well.“

4600 Chambliss Ave, Knoxville“I can proudly say that my pup has received better treatment at this clinic than anywhere else I have taken her. I have a medium sized lab who I rescued from an abusive home, and due to that she is skittish and afraid of people she does not know or trust. The reception, vet & vet techs treated her above and beyond what I expected. They were very thorough with her checkup despite her behavior & they understood what my babygirl went through without labeling her. Also very affordable for the quality treatment you receive. I won't be going to any other vet!“

I will definitely continue to go there for my pets services. If I had to complain it would be the cost of the getting the dog’s nails trim went up to $35 which seems steep. Overall very happy with this clinic.“

10405 Kingston Pike, Knoxville“The first time we came here was due to our bunny breaking her bag leg, they ended up staying after hours trying to help her. They went above and beyond when we were at a loss. Since then we have brought all of our animals to them and they have always went above and beyond for each one of them, and are even patient and loving with our rambunctious 2 year old. This has been our favorite vet that we have been to since we moved a few years ago. 10/10 would recommend them. They truly are wonderful!“
