Big Springs did an absolutely fantastic job taking care of my cat, Yankee. We felt a growth on her belly and were very afraid of what that might mean given that she is fairly old. The technicians and Dr. Crump did an excellent job of examining her and explaining every step of the way. The surgery that she needed was effective and quick, and the itemized estimates were explained to us in simple terms so we knew everything that would happen to her and how much it would cost.Aftercare and followups were also very well done. Been looking for a vet for my Bernese Mountain Dog, for her ears and Dr Tally is the best! Her ears are cleared up, and Fiona is the happiest girl once more. Whatever we need, they are happy to provide! We love coming here and I recommend this vet.
