The entire experience was excellent. From the knowledgeable staff, to the Doctor, they were so helpful. The office was so clean and smelled great. THAT is a big deal when it comes to vet offices. We are thrilled to have them take care of our dog, Bailey.
Maryville Small Animal Medical Center made one of the hardest days of my life a little more bearable. They were extremely kind and helpful throughout the process of having to put my dog, Rufus down. They went above and beyond and even sent a sympathy card afterwards. I cannot thank them enough.
Our two pups and I had our first visit with Maryville small animal Medical Center about a week ago. Both of the pups are recent rescues from a terrible situation and 1 is terrified from experiencing extensive trauma. The staff was amazing with both, even took the time to just pet, love on and reward my pup that was terrified! The whole team really wants your babies (and you) to feel relaxed and happy when they visit therefore asked that I bring my little girl pup back in for “happy visits” just so future visits will be fun and happy experiences not frightening and scared. Highly recommend!
