Very professional and prompt; great communication. The crew were polite and helpful. Steve was very responsive the day of the work and kept us posted when some additional problems were found. His quote was about half of what others had quoted and it was still completed within one day. When minor damage occurred during the repair, Steve had it fixed the very next day. We were looking for a company to replace our roof. Because of some complicated legal issues, we went with another company but RLI was able to help us through some legal/money issues and helped us fix our problem even though we didn't actually contract with them for our new roof.I can't vouch for their work, but I can vouch for their professionalism and courtesy. We had a frustrating start with this company because they were slow to answer our phone calls. We contracted in March 2020 and it took until June 2020 before we got the roof. They did a good job and had a full crew to get it done quickly once a day was scheduled.We are pleased with the work .
