I have no doubt I had the best 2 installers I have ever dealt with. Very nice very careful and very knowledgeable in what they were doing. My experience started with Ellen Barfield, she helped me with pricing and matching my old hardwood floors (that were no longer made) with new ones that matched perfectly. If I were shopping for floors I would go to Broadway Carpets INC. 100 percent.
Highly recommend Broadway Carpets! Ellen was fantastic and helped me find the current carpet in my home. All I had was the color and she worked her magic finding the brand and got what I needed ordered. She is an angel and from her customer service alone I will be recommending you to everyone I know!
I specifically wanna give a shout out to Ellen! If anyone is able to work with her she is seriously the good standard of customer service. She went above and beyond to work with my schedule, budget, and even working late to provide the best service I could ask for and I’m just a joe blow she doesn’t know. I would recommend working with her to anyone!
