I really don’t how to begin..I have nothing but high praises for the services I received. I would highly recommend Broadway Carpet.Not once but twice they have provided the best service. I had a house fire in October, and needed flooring replaced. My salesman was Matt Welden, and He had so much patience with me. CJ took the time to come measure. Like most situations, I had to wait on the insurance and I often found myself getting a little teary going through the process. So much had to be done but yet they waited patiently. The process Broadway went through:
My previous LVP floors were breaking apart due to the subfloor being so poorly unlevel when installed in 2021 before I purchased the house. I also wanted to change out carpets for LVP in the bedrooms.
The estimator came out, provided insight into my issues, and included the leveling of the subfloor in the price. This also included 3 different quotes based on if I wanted to just do the LVP areas or some of the bedroom carpets or all of the bedrooms. Also had the moving of furniture included.
